Join us in Peru
Jungle Conservation Project
Join us for a unique and once in a lifetime experience.
Take a walk through the archaeological sites of Peru and discover the world famous, top-rated, Amazon Rainforest.
While known for being the largest rainforest worldwide, there has been a lot of destruction over the past many years due to deforestation.
Our partner organization gives the opportunity for volunteers passionate about conservation to lend their skills and efforts to the conservation work and overall survival of the rainforest.
Your role will be "hands-on" as you directly assist the local team which is not only doing conservation work but creating awareness about why this work is needed.
Program costs: $250 application fee + $495 per week (1-4 weeks), and $200 per week after this. This includes accommodation, meals, coordination, supervision, training, airport pick up.
If you crave the wild places and are passionate about conservation, then join the family! You will have the opportunity to assist in orchid planting, bamboo removal, research projects, teaching at the local school, helping maintain trails and creating an inventory of species. A wide variety of ongoing projects means that there is always something interesting going on!
